Overdose is not possible. The body naturally eliminates unused hydrogen.

Photosynthesis: Hydrogen is a key element in plant photosynthesis, where water is split into hydrogen and oxygen using sunlight, and hydrogen is released into the environment—including water.
Decomposition: Organic matter breakdown in soil and aquatic ecosystems can also release hydrogen into water.
Human activity: Industrial processes may release hydrogen into wastewater, which can enter soil and underground water. Electrolysis is another method where hydrogen is separated from water using electricity.
32. What is the lifespan of a hydrogen bottle?
The PEM electrolyzer in our generators has a lifespan of 6,000 hours.
33. Does the generator remove chlorine from water? How?
Chlorine is electrically attracted to the anode in the generator, then exits the system together with oxygen.
34. Are your products certified?
Yes, they are certified in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
35. Why not drink directly from the bottle?
Microbiological reasons. Mouth contact can introduce microorganisms that may multiply in the water.
36. How do hydrogen glasses work and what are their effects?
Hydrogen gas from the generator is delivered to the glasses. Effects include:
Antioxidant: Protects skin from oxidative stress and premature aging.
Anti-inflammatory: May benefit skin conditions like acne or eczema.
Hydrating: May improve skin’s ability to retain moisture.
Wound healing: Supports cell protection and tissue regeneration.

37. What is the difference between the 3-in-1 Hydrogen Bottle and the Smart Hydrogen Bottle?
The 3-in-1 bottle has a 400 ml volume, ozone cleaning function, and borosilicate glass.
The Smart Hydrogen Bottle has a 200 ml volume, lightweight food-grade plastic, and a rubber strap.
38. Why must the membrane in generators remain moist?
A dry PEM membrane cannot conduct electrons or allow proton flow. Electricity won’t pass through it when dry.
39. How long does hydrogen stay dissolved in water?
After 15 minutes of saturation with the i600 generator, the concentration is ~1.2 mg/l. After 10 hours, it drops to ~0.6 mg/l. A therapeutic dose is ~0.5 mg/l.
40. Can saliva from H2 DENT CARE® be swallowed?
The tablets should not be swallowed.
41. How does H2 Slim&Fit work?
It contains potassium to prevent fluid retention and capsaicin (from chili) to boost fat oxidation and thermogenesis.
42. Why don’t your devices explode with high hydrogen content?
Our devices produce 99.9% pure hydrogen. Combustion range in air is 4–74%. Outside this range or at high pressure, hydrogen cannot burn or explode.
In oxygen-rich environments, the range is 4–94%, but even then combustion doesn’t occur below 4% O2 concentration.
43. How much energy is needed for electrolysis?
Energy requirements are listed in the technical specifications of each device.
44. How does electrolysis work?
- It’s a chemical process using electricity to change substances’ structure.
- It occurs in an electrolytic cell with electrodes submerged in electrolyte.
- Oxidation occurs at the anode; electrons cause oxidation of substances.
- Reduction occurs at the cathode; electrons reduce substances in the electrolyte.
- Electrolysis of water produces oxygen at the anode and hydrogen at the cathode.
- Oxygen is expelled, and hydrogen enriches the water in the generator.
45. Is this deuterium?
No. Our generators produce protium.
46. How is the hydrogen bottle used? (Saturation, cleaning, etc.)

47. Does the bottle need to be filled with water at all times?
No. Without water, the electrolyzer cannot produce Molecular Hydrogen®.
48. How does hydrogen bind to water if it’s lighter than air?
Molecular Hydrogen® binds to water via hydrogen bonds. It exists in dissolved form, not as gas volume, unless artificially dispersed.
49. Should the hydrogen generator be cleaned before first use?
Yes – at least rinse the bottle with water before use.
