My body was supposed to be my enemy. Today, it’s my partner.
I realized that my body is not my enemy. It’s a hero that has survived everything with me. It deserves care, not more damage. I decided to stop destroying and start healing — not only my body, but my soul too.
At the beginning of this year, I introduced molecular hydrogen into my life. I started testing it as part of my journey out of the very deepest bottom. And after years of darkness, I’m beginning to see progress. Not only I, but the people around me can see the color returning to my face and the strength returning to my life.
Why did I become an ambassador for products with molecular hydrogen? Because I believe in it. Because it’s helping me put myself back together. I’m not here to show you a glossy catalog. I want to show you, in real time, my journey toward healing — with all the ups and downs.
Today, I no longer hide behind diagnoses. I am a woman who decided to take her health into her own hands. Thank you to everyone who chooses to walk this part of the journey with me.
